Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order free of charge for a period of 24 hours, after the order has been placed.

Stock components - You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

You will be responsible for the cost of the carriage back and a 25% restocking fee will apply once goods are inspected and repackaged.

Please be assured that the vast percentage of our orders, are completed on time and in perfect condition.

 

Order Cancellations

  1. Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

    • Cancellations can only be made via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • Custom or modified items (e.g., hinge holes, custom sizes) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
    • Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after delivery due to the bespoke nature of the work.
  2. Important Notes:

    • Sample doors cannot be returned. However, this does not affect your statutory legal rights.
    • Providing a brief explanation for cancellations will help us improve our service in the future.
    • We are not liable for any loss of earnings due to late, incorrect, or lost deliveries.
    • We reserve the right to refuse replacements for any damaged items reported to us outside of 2 business days of delivery.

 

Order Changes

  1. Can I change my existing order?
    • Changes to an order can only be made if you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item.
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Changes may incur additional costs or delays.

Your Rights

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory legal rights. For example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to remedies under consumer law.
