Furniture Delivery Information
We deliver to all UK addresses:
All our Furniture products are delivered from UK Mainland Warehouses and Free of Charge Except some Postcodes that we have to charge some surcharges (View table Below).
In the products page is there a option for you to choose you Postcode zone and add it to cart together with the product, or choose delivery not checked, in this case your payment is processed then our sales team will overlook your order and Email you a Paypal Invoice with the respective surcharge if apply.
If you prefer, you can Contact us and we will be happy to let you know the correct surcharges before you place your order. Please specify in your email: your Postcode, Product code & quantity.
Additional Charges Postcode Areas
The following postcodes carry an additional surcharge - the costs below are a charge "per delivery" no matter how many pieces of furniture you are ordering.

Please ensure that provisions are in place to help unload bulky and heavy items including kitchen cabinets as pallet courier deliveries are only accompanied by one driver
Usually the delivery is to the ground floor only. So if the delivery address is anything other than a straightforward house with immediate access (e.g. a 10th floor flat) then please contact our office to arrange the details as some units may have to be sent flat-pack.
If your delivery cannot be made due to any of the aforementioned or there is simply no one at the address to accept delivery then this will be returned to the factory where upon we will contact you to reschedule a delivery. Should this occur you will be charged an additional delivery cost.

Delivery times can vary depending on the product and the production lead-times when the order is placed and can be anything between 1 and 4 weeks from your received Payment. We will give you an indication of expected delivery date as soon as we can and we will update you as it becomes more definitive. In all cases we will endeavour to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
